MASTERDATA EDITOR

Every company is organized based on organizational, portfolio, geographical as well as on content structures to name just a few examples. These structures are subject to ongoing changes over time. For instance, the launch of new products or the reorganization of a business division will trigger structural changes. Consistently reflecting such changes throughout the whole enterprise, in most cases, is anything but easy.

The BizSphere Masterdata Editor is designed to define an enterprise-wide information space (BizSphere InfoSpace), which is individually set up according to the relevant structures, also called "taxonomies". The intuitive user interface of the editor allows designated editors to add, create, edit and delete structures or single elements of a structure. Other master data like shelf life information for content items or editor access levels can also be managed with the Masterdata Editor.

RESOURCE EDITOR

In most enterprises, multiple platforms and applications for content management are in use. Often folder-based, these systems do not support a structured, content consumer-centric and multidimensional organization of content.

The BizSphere Resource Editor provides a unique system to manage and maintain enterprise content sustainably. Content remains in its source repository. Using the BizSphere Resource Editor, links to the source content can be set up. Descriptions, buzzwords and meta-tags based on the BizSphere InfoSpace can be added; propagation of content across the InfoSpace may be selected - all with just a few mouse clicks.

In addition to aggregating content from many source systems, new content can also be created and stored within the Resource Editor. If a resource expires for good, it will be deactivated, hence is not visible in BizSphere SalesWeb. However, it will still be accessible in the BizSphere Editor.

Such campaign content is created for a specific occasion or action, and usually only has a shelf life of a few weeks or months. The BizSphere Campaign Editor enables you to create, communicate and distribute your campaigns fast and efficiently. It offers an easy-to-use What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get editor that equips campaign creators with viusally highly appealing rich media templates while providing the same functionality as the BizSphere Resource Editor in terms of tagging, linking, multidimensional content propagation, clear ownerships, and workflow and governance functionalities.

CONTENT NUGGET EDITOR

Enterprises suffer from decentralized content bases and information silos. This brings along significant content and messaging inconsistencies. Moreover, the already huge amounts of content - especially of documents - continue to grow and information becomes more and more redundant, more and more out-dated, more and more inaccurate, etc. - and simply unmanageable.

With the BizSphere Content Nugget Editor, content such as a company or a product description is produced using modularized content elements - so-called "Content Nuggets" - instead of using full, static documents. Each content element exists only once in the database (single sourcing) and is reused to be automatically published to different locations and formats such as documents, presentations or web pages.

Marketing, the content producers, will save a lot of time thanks to the fact that they are no longer working document-based but rather format independent. Content now needs to be created and also updated or edited only once. Each Content Nugget also has a dedicated owner who will be notified about necessary actions according to the implemented governance and workflow functionalities.
